Today is the day. Chloe would have been 3 years old today. And if she had been here, we would have had a big party for her like we had for Alyssia. I am sure that whatever she enjoys in heaven far surpasses what we could have given her. Nonetheless, we miss her so much and from a finite, earthly view, we earnestly wish we still had her in our arms to hold. 
Happy Birthday, Sweetheart. We love you dearly and miss you every day.
